We have lived at Van Mark for the past year and next weekend we are moving to our own house! It is quiet, safe and clean. I walk my daughter in the evenings. We loved hanging out at the pool in the summer. The few minor maintenance issues we’ve had were always done efficiently. I just can’t say enough about how nice it was to live here. It’s a perfect place for young families to get started! And Kim is the best - From the day I walked in to inquire about moving in, she has been kind, helpful and professional.

I love living here . Wished it Was more insulated between the bottom floor an upstairs . So far both places I’ve stayed . Kids be running an jumping . Next time I will try to find out more about my upstairs neighbors..I’m disabled can’t go up those stairs . .. Van Mark apartments are so nice and quiet . I feel really safe living here . Just an update since I’ve been here almost 6 months . I would definitely recommend these apartments to any one whose looking for a nice beautiful place to live .
