The Charleston is an amazing place to visit and move to if you’re on the search for an apartment with a leasing office that truly cares. I’ve lived in other communities before and the responsiveness doesn’t even compare to what I receive here at The Charleston. Don’t get me started on Joanna. The experience with her is what made me want to move here. I want to marry Joanna. Jakki is amazing also and greeted me before I could even get into the leasing office. Great location, great experience, great everything!

My family and I took a tour here recently, and we loved it! We are still deciding on which complex we want to live in, but I would have to say the customer service we received while visiting here by the manager, Jakki, was amazing!
