Older place, not the most efficient A/C (window unit) also the kitchen and bathroom very small but that doesn’t bother me. However, the obnoxious neighbors banging above my unit and the rude people running up and down the hall way all day and night long does bother me. Very thin walls so if you have a bad neighbor it’s best to pack up and go which is very unfortunate.

Hello everybody. This one is kinda long. My experience with the management of this complex was abysmal. When I called to find out how to apply, because they have no website as far as I could tell, I was told to call in a couple of weeks when an apartment would be available and be able to view the apartment and then apply only after viewing it. The next time I called I was given an excuse that they could not show it that day which continued for several days. One being rain, which has never been a problem with other complexes. When I finally got to view the apartment it was somebody else that showed up to let me see inside. I was handed a paper application which I filled out and then called the lady the next day that I had been speaking with to set a time to turn in the application. Instead she told me that she had somebody turn in an application the same day I viewed the apartment and that she would review that before allowing me to turn mine in. This was my experience. Hope it helps.
