I recently moved from The Alexander after living there for many years, and also returning to live there after I was out of NYS for about a year. It has been consistently wonderful-from everyone in the office, on the maintenance staff, and also the other residents. The folks there are helpful, respond quickly to any issues, and are very friendly and kind. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all of the highways, close to restaurants and shopping, but still with a quiet, neighborhood atmosphere. And, the amenities really can't be beat-from the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, in-building storage units, parking garage, and business center. If I wasn't moving to another state for my family, I would still be there! I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to live in such an amazing place for so many years, and really miss it.

I recently moved here, and my experience has been exceptional! My apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are a huge plus. Nicole has been amazing—she gave me a great tour, checks in regularly, and is always available for a friendly conversation. She’s such a sweetheart! The maintenance team has also been fantastic. Den handled some minor fixes during my first week, and after a few weeks, I submitted a couple more tickets for minor issues. Jose called before arriving (which I really appreciated), wore shoe covers (another great touch), and addressed everything with care. He was incredibly polite and respectful, ensuring that everything was properly fixed before leaving. I had some reservations about maintenance entering my apartment when I wasn’t home, but this visit reassured me that my home is in good hands. Thank you to Jose, Nicole, and the entire team!
