We are conveniently located next to Wichita Towne East Mall and surrounded by multiple restaurants and shopping centers. Spacious living space, complete with storage cabinets in the bathroom and ample closet space with a walk-in closet! Some floor plans have vinyl throughout the apartment, for easy cleaning, and carpet in the bedroom!

I’ve enjoyed my stay here at these apartments! I feel safe. I’ve had minimal maintenance issues and I enjoy my neighbors. The office is friendly and prompt. Take care of issues very quickly!
