I have lived here going on a year now!! And the apt mgr. Francis has been a joy to work with! Any maintenance request I have ever had has been completed and/or addressed in a prompt and timely manner. I have always felt safe here and have never had to worry about anything!! Due to COVID, as I am sure A LOT of people have been impacted by, I have recently ran into some bad times and thses apartments are willing to work with me and really help me thru the above mentioned situation. When most apartments would not extend the same professionalism and patience that Villa Del Rio has gracefully bestowed upon me!! Thank You for being a beacon of hope in a dark time, and still allowing me to call Villa Del Rio home!!
