VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE, AND MAINTAIN VERY WELL. BEEN HERE 13 YEARS AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

I moved into Franklin Square Apartments about a month ago, and I can heartily recommend it. The location is nice for many reasons. The office staff is friendly and communicates well. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance team has completed my requests within hours, and has completed projects I did not even request just because they noticed it needed to be done.
