We’ve been here for 7+ years and when management changed we were worried it’d be a different story. That is far from the truth Anahi, the new manager, has been super attentive and a big help whenever there are any issues. She’s very communicative in all things that are going on within the complex. She even tries to bring the community together by hosting appreciation days. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

The BEST apartment and management I have encountered in all of SoCal. Lived here for 2+ years before purchasing a house. Grace is literally the sweetest and most proactive manager I have ever dealt with. All apartments are going to have things that need fixing over time; what matters is how the management handles these requests. Anytime we needed anything, Grace was just a quick text away. She would take care of it immediately and that made our life as tenants so easy and enjoyable. This complex is clean, well-maintained, peaceful and quiet. It is family friendly and the people who live here are respectful and neighborly. The laundry room, pool/spa, BBQs and gym are well-kept and we enjoyed using these amenities. The 1 bedroom apartment we had was really nice: central air, ample storage in the hallway cabinets and clean, modern appliances throughout. The neighborhood is walkable and nearby stores are just around the corner, which made shopping trips a breeze. It was emotional moving out because we had such a positive experience here at Monterra Springs. We would recommend this apartment complex again and again. Go check it out!
