This home is a new build, a studio-sized round house, historically called a rondette, an architectural style found across the Blue Ridge Mountains starting in the 1960s. These homes are highly adaptive to mountain climates and built using materials and with a layout that results in an exceptionally energy-efficient home. This home features easy lever-controlled windows, sliding glass and screen door to your private reading or coffee porch.
