Cole, the Maintenance Man, is just divine. Work orders are fulfilled the same day and he is efficient, personable, reliable and responsible. A very hard worker. Diablo Views are nice, clean and the hallways smell so good thanks to Cole and his hard work. 5 stars!!!

This has been an incredible place to live so far. I love the area, it’s well-kept and highly maintained. The maintenance here is absolutely amazing, and Cole is the best part about living here. He is always very responsive, kind, and very helpful. He knows everyone by name and goes above and beyond. Good, quiet community, and always feels safe. We love it here
