Studio LoHi is a beautiful, clean, and safe apartment building with an incredibly supportive staff and insanely good location. We lived there for only a year but it was everything we could have wanted out of an apartment. From nice new apartment space to a great staff to the best rooftop in Denver, we were SO happy living there.
Shout out to the Community Managers, Chris and Amanda, who were always so supportive and took great care of us (as well as Dawn!)

Moved in a little over a year ago and renewed for 18 more months. I love my apartment and the location can’t be beat. Omar’s always so genuinely kind and helpful. I want a hot tub on the roof haha but that’s my only suggestion. It’s really a wonderful place to live.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I have yet to have any complains! Maintenance is always on top of any requests I have, and the amenities and common spaces are awesome. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop or the location either. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We have lived here now for about 6 months and it is the perfect first place to live when moving to the city. The staff is great, Dawn and Mark go above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly and clean. My only complaint is there are a lot of really young people that live here and I have seen them/their guests not respect the public areas. I know this is normal in an apartment building though, just can be a little disheartening to see. I feel like the rent and parking prices are very fair and we would recommend this building to anyone!

I just moved out after 3.5 years here. I was very satisfied. The apartments are new, the facility is clean, the staff are responsive.
The rooftop is beautiful. It is otherwise not a very social building, but that was fine with me.
The location is hard to beat. Right in the heart of LoHi.
Parking is $100 a month, which I think is average for the area.
The units don’t have a ton of natural light, but they aren’t caves either.
They refunded my deposit very fairly and timely.

I recently toured Studio LoHi Apartments with leasing agent Chris. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood and building. Studio Lohi didn't have an apartment for the dates I was looking for, but would have been happy to make my home there. The rooftop was beautiful with spectacular views of downtown.

Out of the 10+ apartment buildings I've lived in, this one is the best. Parking is well-designed, packages are handled well, appliances are modern and work great, and the location is perfect - not too noisy yet convenient to almost anything around Denver. Omar at the leasing office has always been really helpful and I still remember when I moved in with no furniture and Mark lent me a chair. Can't recommend this place enough.
