I came in today to pick up an application the lady in the office was super nice and helpful. I was concerned about the previous reviews directed at her but when I asked her about them she was very up front and honest. I appreciated that. Now let’s hope I get approved!!

Riverbend Apartments has been wonderful under the new management. Please do not look at the older reviews and most are older than a few months, everything has improved a lot now. Affordable, Spacious Apartments, Plenty of upgrades, Clean and maintained well. The new changes made to the community are excellent, nice neighbors and few are living here for 9+ years speaks lengths, Highly recommend to family and friends.
