The new maintenance team member, Tae, was amazing! He came in, saw the issue, and fixed it promptly. He even saw 2 more issues that we’ve had since we moved in and fixed them too. He also had a great attitude— very glad he’s with Gables Speer!

Gables has been a great place to live and the maintenance team of Tae + Diego have been incredible. They are always on top of any maintenance support we have needed and get work done in a timely manner.
