Excellent Apartment, management, Team, and Debbie-Property manager. Debbie and Team are very friendly to work with. I moved in Jan-2023 and love the stay here. Debbie helped us to get the keys on time so we can have a smooth move in the cold weather. Apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and well-equipped in this price range. Parking has a security camera equipped for added security. Maintenance is quick. close to good restaurants and the Fairlawn shopping area. connected to Metro Transit bus service/station. I highly recommend Summit Rise compared to other apartments in this area. if any questions then you can directly connect with Debbie and she will guide you through the process.
