My hubby and I went here to the community center for a friend's wake. His daughter lives in one of the apartments. It is a very nice community room with a kitchen, couches, tables and chairs, lots of board games, a kid's room, and even cable tv. I would recommend renting this facility for small to medium sized gatherings. Our friend's apartment is very cute too. She said she really likes it there
