This is the best maintained, best managed apartment complexes this 50+ yo has ever lived in. My apartment is newly renovated, and smartly appointed. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained immaculately. When I submitted a maintenance request one evening, a maintenance person was there early the next morning. The building interiors are kept immaculate, and the common areas are well appointed and inviting. Building management is accessible, and responsive to requests and suggestions. I've lived in houses/condos for the last 20 years, so I actually didn't know apartment living could be this good at this price point. In short, I'm very impressed.

This is a truely lovely place. Nancy Dungan, Property Manager, is superb. This place runs so smoothly and she is so helpful. The maintenance is outstanding. Javier fixes everything so quickly and does a great job. It fits all our needs. The activities are fun. The people who live here are so positive. Ryan in the office goes the extra mile. I cannot say enough positive things about Clairmont Crest. Come join us. 4/27/2024 I had to return to rave about this place. I found another treasure in the office. Dana goes the extra mile. We had a wonderful picnic at Old Mason Mill. Nancy really outdid herself with planning this. She even included vegetarian options. Nancy always goes beyond and delivers excellence!
