Nothing but high praise for Cara and Kelly as my property managers! They have been incredibly helpful and responsive with every request. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing furniture, or fixing plumbing and electrical issues, their maintenance team ensured I have an optimal living environment. There’s no one else I’d recommend to anyone looking for housing. A great property management team can really enhance your living experience, and with Cara and Kelly, it’s all about the excellent service. I couldn’t be happier with them throughout my time here.

Cara and Kelley were great to work with! They gave us a great tour of the facility, answered all of our questions and provided great material for us to refer to when making a decision on the Confluence apartments. They were also very helpful with the small issues/details at the apartment after we moved in. Apartment was well kept and clean, and the amenities were excellent!
