Outstanding customer service. They actually care about the tenants and as one myself, I am blown away with the generosity and understanding they provide. Maintenance requests are expedited swiftly and communication seems to be their top priority. I was late two months on a rent payment and they allowed me to reconcile this at a date I asked for.. not to advocate paying late but not a lot of places would do that. I'm happy to live here and I recommend PRC to anyone considering. P.S. Jordan at the front desk is a great guy!

Outstanding customer service by the Leasing Agent Detric ! He was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of touring the property. He welcomed me with positive energy and a great smile ! The remolded units look amazing. I also like the location of the community as the freeway is two minutes down the street.
