Spacious private reserved parking for 2 cars off the backyard lane are also included in the rent. Bus service in the next block . No Pets No Smoking, Attentive owners live above so a quiet,. polite tenant is desirable. References required. Some restrictions will apply. Available Dec 1st but the suite is vacant now. Applicants can message your email address and brief description about yourself with preferred occupancy date. We will return email with further info and to arrange a showing time.
