It is an older building with both character and lots of greenery The building has 24 hour video surveillance at all entrances and full parking coverage The building is part of the police Block watch program with our own block watch captain on site The courtyard is completely private with one entrance in and out from the building The building also has coin operated laundry facilities on all residential Unit Floors 1, 2 , and 3 Each Unit also has a gas fire place as well as the essential appliances Fridge , Stove, and dishwasher Each Unit also has it's own Storage space in the Apartment itself The building also has secure parking that is a separate agreement for an additional 30.00 per month The lease on an apartment in our building is one year that turns into a month to month after the first year is complete
