We love living here! My son and I have lived here 5 years! Don the maintenance supervisor always makes sure things are done right away and done correctly the first time. He and all the maintenance staff are very friendly and always take the time to say hi when I'm out and about! The office staff as well is always very helpful and friendly!! I've lived in several complexes and this by far is the safest and quietest one!!

I have lived here for almost two years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this complex, the office staff, and the maintenance staff. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly. This summer our air conditioner unit went out it took a few days for them to get parts and figure out what was wrong with the unit. Every step of the way, Don kept us updated on what they had found and what they where doing to fix it. They even gave us a portable window unit to help us get through the few days they were working on it. Out of the places I have lived before moving here no one has come close to how good this place is in timely responses for issues, snow removal, and answering questions. If you are looking for a place to live in the cedar falls area, I don't think there is a better option than Park at nine23.
