If you text, call, or even email the Assistant Property Manager Brook Curtis she responds quick. I have read the comments here and specifically asked Brook myself about how long she has been working here and she said, "A year or a little over." She also meantioned her partner who she works with has been here a year and a half or a little over so changing people workers a lot I would say is false but everyone can change or have different opinions just trying to give credit where its needed and help others. Now my specific place is nice for a first young adult; im 25 years old. Everything is exactly how I pictured it besides the kitchen is a little smaller than I thought, but overall space wise not bad. The people who clean and repair/fix things here did a great job painting, redueing the floors and carpets, etc.. but little things like kitchen jors some are super loose and some were super tight to where they got stuck so I did have to confront them about those small nick nack things. Also, the lighting isn't terrible but definitely if your a girl who likes taking pictures and/or doing their makeup you need better lighting definitely not super bright but thats not too bad to fix just a hassle. The parking lot is pretty roomie spacious but where I am located on the property its not horrible but it is tighter than most on the property so you do where I am located have to be extra cautious of backing up due to room. I do like where I am located on the property that there is a dumpster close by so I don't have to walk and/or drive far and not just that but go across the parking lot/property to find. now the grass does need a little help but its not horrible just I guess because its been raining alot as of late but when I go to my place I do have to walk through the grass and it was muddy, which isn't a huge deal for me just have to be aware where I step or just know to clean my shoes. I would say for the monthly pricing of my place its definitely worth it. I would recommend before you complete your payments to fully move in go check out the place to make sure its cleaned/fixed up right or like any place they could take advantage of you. Last but not least, I love that there is not just one but two gastations in walking distance from my place to not only save gas, miles and time to drive somewhere but yeah two gastations to choose from and for emergencies: food, restrooms, etc.. say your car broke down or you got locked out of your place aye there's always gastations near thats a plus and even a Hardy's with probably wifi as well but if anything seating. Overall I'd rate this place of mine from 1-10 a 6.5 but overall complex a 7.5. After being here for only 3 days, for small things but lead up to bigger things and not all homes may do this but mine did but having plumming/leaking water issues that all had to have maintenance come through, which they do so fast and half do things.
