The past few years I have lived in apartments ran by sub-par management teams but this changed moving here to Madison Park. We came from out of state and the front office was very accommodating on letting us view the property and helping us with any questions we had during the application process. Moving in was a breeze and ever since then there have been no complaints regarding the staff or the complex. Each maintenance order we have submitted has been taken care of promptly by the staff and they even provide paper copies of the work orders and the office staff calls later to verify your satisfaction. The grounds are great, the dog waste bag stations actually get refilled, the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, and the office staff are friendly and helpful (especially Courtney and Andres who we have dealt with mostly). Have to at least put the one complaint we have for full transparency but some of the appliances could stand to be updated. We have a nice new stove in our unit but the other appliances are clearly much older. This is not a huge deal but should be noted for anyone who cares for that sort of thing

Just moved in this month and have found the process to be very smooth, as well as the staff to be so very helpful. The professionalism which the office staff conducts business is wonderful, and extends to the maintenance staff and grounds crew as well. I really feel like they are all doing the things necessary to build a great community. I walk the entire property a few times each day, just to stretch my legs, and am constantly amazed at the cleanliness. Even if I do notice some bit of trash on the grounds, I notice that it has been dealt with within a short period of time. Knowing that they are taking care to make sure the grounds are neat and tidy makes me feel like I made a good decision to live here. All of the buildings and garages also seem to be very well maintained. I haven't noticed anything in a state of disrepair. The one time that I have had interaction with a member of the maintenance staff, he was very pleasant, informative, and had a great sense of humor. The apartment I chose has been wonderful. I am please with how spacious it turned out to be and how much natural light I get from so many windows. I have been able to set up the place with no issues and it is already starting to feel like home. Everything works as expected and it was very clean on move in day. With all the stress of moving, it was so nice to not have to worry about my new apartment. Everything here was a breeze! I had looked at several communities in this area before deciding where I was going to move. Amongst them all, Madison Park really stood out compared to all of the comparable properties. I made several visits to the property before making my decision and was always impressed with the upkeep, amenities, and friendly people - both staff and residents. It is a quiet neighborhood considering how close it is to so many nearby conveniences. I would (and have already) recommend Madison Park to anyone looking for a new place. This community is not only great for all the reasons I listed above, but is also a real value compared to other properties in the area. I feel I made the right choice deciding to make Madison Park my new home!
