Public transportation (bus) runs right by the duplex (stop is on the corner). Major medical hospitals are nearby (3 within 2 miles, 10+ centers within 5 miles). Grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes by car. There are three library locations within a mile, several gyms within 5-10 miles, and restaurants nearby on Payne Ave. There are plenty of steps at this property - please plan accordingly. There is a small, fenced yard. Pets are welcome! Just please discuss with me first to make sure their needs will be well met. My wife and I are regularly at the building and can be available as needed. You'll be hard pressed to find a more charming stay so close to the city and major hospitals but far enough away that you have a beautiful view of the skyline from your own window. Discounts available for longer term stays - just ask!
