No pitbulls, large or loud dogs (no exceptions). There is no smoking allowed on the property, even outside. Maximum three people allowed. Upon signup last month’s rent, security deposit of $1500 is due. An application with a credit check is also required. A payment plan can be setup if needed for these signup fees.
