I lived here from 1981 - 86. Loved my studio with it’s mountain view’s. There was a pool, & a clubhouse where mgmt. would have parties for the residents for every holiday. It’s a shame to hear that the neighborhood has declined. Used to be totally safe. My rent was $230 a month which included everything but the phone!!!
