Ben and Sawyer are the BEST. Schedule a tour with BEN and you’ll be sold. The building seems brand new, maintenance is so nice, quick and helpful and it really feels like everyone who works and lives here are friends. Love the location being on the edge of downtown, while having our own little neighborhood and walkable to larimer street. The pool is so pretty, very instagrammable, packages and mail are always secure, dog friendly building and walkable to a brand new dog park and sport court one block down. Grills and fire pits are always working and the leasing team puts in so much effort in fostering local relationships so we get discounts and perks at local hot spots. For example, free pancake day from snooze in the lobby, happy hour for residents at neighborhood bars and even hotel partnerships for when your family visits!! I moved from out of state and had to find a place remotely and I’m so grateful I made the right decision. Living here is really best case scenario for wanting to live near hustle bustle but not right downtown, having a walking path right next to the river to enjoy beautiful Colorado days, walkable new clean dog park, and honestly a dorm feel because everyone is so friendly. The leasing office has made an amazing community here. 10/10 recommend

My boyfriend and I just moved into the Edison and we could not be happier. Our leasing agent Olivia was a huge help and absolutely pleasure to work with from day one. She went above and beyond to take care of our every need and the communication was excellent. I felt like we were friends because of her personal attention and customer service. The amenities are beautiful and in great condition. The app is easy to use and makes paying rent and keeping up with the community super easy. The tenants are very friendly. I love our kitchen the most, the apartment is spacious with a big balcony. I highly recommend this apartment.
