We are a short walk to the bus stop, and close to SU, hospitals and downtown. $300 non-refundable deposit once application is approved. Credit Criteria is a 600 credit score Income Criteria has to be at least 2.5 times the rent Pets are not allowed. ESA's are welcome with additional paperwork. Please apply online and remember to include a month of paystubs/financial information, a current bank statement and photo id. Each applicant must apply separately.
