The rent includes heat, hot water, free parking, 24-7 Emergency maintenance, secured entrance, storage units and laundry in each building. Leasing office and maintenance on site. We are a short walk to the bus stop, and close to SU, hospitals and downtown. Credit score must be at least 600 and income must be 2.5 times monthly rent. $300 non-refundable deposit once application is approved. This amount is taken off first month's rent upon move in. Pets are not allowed. ESA's are welcome with additional paperwork.
