We are a short walk to the bus stop, and close to SU, hospitals and downtown. $300 non-refundable deposit once application is approved. Credit Criteria is a 600 credit score Income Criteria has to be at least 2.5 times the rent Pets are not allowed. ESA's are welcome with additional paperwork..
