We rented a one bedroom at Winkworth 2 months ago, we did the rental via phone conversations we were out of state for the winter. Holly could not have been nicer walking me through the process and filing out appropriate forms was seamless. We have not rented an apartment in over 40 years and Winkworth has surpassed my expectations. Holly was very professional and detail oriented. Duane the head of maintenance has been amazing no request is too small for him and he responds immediately. Duane keeps the grounds perfect the lawns the landscape the parking lot and buildings are all in impeccable condition. I would recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for a great apartment on the west side of Syracuse.

Under the same management as Newbury Apartments. Located in a quiet and affluent neighborhood (Onondaga Hill), the property sits on a huge lot that provides space for children and pets to run. Close to DMV, Wegmans, various banks and dining options.
