We have enjoyed living at the Kensington over the last year. Our boys lived here while they went to college at Columbia State. They were well taken care of with any maintenance we needed(which was very little). Quiet area and close to everything. Kayley and Spencer were phenomenal to work with. Highly recommend.

I've lived here for several months now, transferring from Graymere (highly recommend, same management) due to a minor maintenance problem that needed to be worked on and am liking it well enough so far. Spencer and Kaylee always take care of their residents to the best of their ability. They get the five stars. They even had the parking lot resealed and painted recently which has been really helpful. I will be staying with them either here or Graymere so long as I'm an apartment dweller.
