Me and my girlfriend have lived here only a week but it has certainly been a good one. I can honestly say that if I did not physically see my neighbors I would not know they where there as everyone is so quiet. The community here is amazing, the amenities and views with the apartments are amazing, and most of all the management is superb. Richard has made our move as easy as possible and any questions or issues we have had he has been on top of things and has really made me happy I chose the Lakes of Columbia. Good Job Richard and to all the staff here making this such a great place to live. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Columbia to come here.

We are new to the property but the office ladies are so helpful and friendly and the maintenance men are definitely on top of things. Thank goodness we found this as our new home!
