Tenants are to put the gas and lights in their name. There is a $50 a month for water, garbage, sewer & lawn care. $120 of the deposit is non-refundable for Administration fees. There is a $85.00 Leasing initiation fee. Everyone 18 and older must fill out a separate application. The application fee is $40 per adult.
