Spent a year here while working on a personal home, and the management and maintenance team did a phenomenal job. They were attentive, quick to respond, and made it an easy style of living for my wife and I. The apartment was clean and modern, and was all conventionally priced. The neighbors there were some of the kindest folks you could meet, and never had an issue with any of them, even getting to know their dogs in a friendly manor. Happy to recommend this place to anyone interested, and appreciate the on-site team for making a great year.

Been here for 24 years and I think Dave and Ed has done a fantastic job keeping the place looking nice. I have seen Dave at midnight shoveling snow to make sure we can get out in the morning. Dave and Ed really care about all the tenants. Anytime anything needs to be repair you know that one of them will be there. Are complex is one of the nicest complexes I think I’ve seen in Erie county. Thank you to everyone who made this a pleasant place to live.
