I lived here for about 2.5 years. There were pretty regular leaks from my AC unit and cockroaches the whole time. My last few months there were awful though. The main bedroom flooded with every rain for about 3 weeks, causing me to have to move my bed and some of my belongings out of the room. Unfortunately, the property did not send anyone out to assess the issue or clean the carpet until 5 days after the first flooding incident. This caused a terrible moldy smell and a visible black line under the baseboards, as well as visible water damage on the base boards. They only offered a meager discount for 1 month even though I continuously complained about not being able to use my entire apartment due to the fear of mold and the awful smell. Ultimately, they refused to acknowledge the smell or the possibility of mold and caused me to break the lease. They refused to give me a discount on the lease break even though my health was at risk. Additionally, a leak in the above AC unit caused water to enter my power box, which is a huge hazard that they brushed off. They do not care about your wellbeing. They have a new property manager now, but I would be hesitant to live there anyways. It is also far too expensive for the lack of amenities and quality of finishes that you get.
