Trio Apartments has exceeded our expectations! Our son was moving to Chicago for a job and we had no time to visit and Jordan, the property manager at Trio was so helpful. She offered to FaceTime us immediately and show us the potential apartment that he would rent. We talked to 8 potential apartments and no one else offered to FaceTime us. This helped make the moving decision easier. Both Jordan and Aiyana, the leasing agent were so helpful and answered all our questions and made the move much easier. Move in day was fast and efficient! We are excited that our son is in such a great apartment with a wonderful view and helpful property management team!!!

I was very lucky to come across Trio Apartments in my search for accommodation in a brand new city. It’s located in such a convenient place and my initial encounter with Jordan (property manager) was already so positive and helpful! Our unit has big windows with a great view of west loop and most major highways (for rush hour analysis from eight floors above). The amenities are nice - with a mini grass area right next to the building for pets, fitness center that has gym equipment for all one’s needs (minus a barbell), and an outdoor bbq/patio space for the summertime! Trio is right next to Carnivale and Fulton market not to mention a 3 minute walk from a Jewel Osco! There’s often community events, especially around the holidays and the neighbors are really friendly! I cannot thank the front staff enough for all that they do! Everyone is so kind and friendly and maintenance has been pretty easy for us! Big shoutout to Brandi, Deonte, Lily, Nisha, Rocco and Rafael!!
