I visit Summerville Station twice a week to service the pool and I have nothing but positive things to say about the office staff, especially Halee. She’s always greeting everyone with a smile and warm embrace that makes them feel welcome. She’s quick to answer any questions and address any concerns. She creates a great environment for everyone that walks through the door. Keep up the good work Halee, and thanks for the hot chocolate!

Great Apartments. In a perfect Central Area you're next to the gym you next to the grocery store you're next to a few Mexican restaurants. You're next to you a few pizza places. You're next to a few breakfast places. You're next to Walmart, Neighborhood Walmart, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Aldi's, Lowes Food Market, and let you be honest that's pretty incredible. All these places are no further than 5 minute drive. You can't beat that so do you discover the washer and dryer. They are excellent units. The gym room is not very big but it's got what you need. Also if you want to just go for a walk around the complex it's very relaxing very nice. You're surrounded by trees, Cattails, shade, it right behind the whole complex is the best soccer field or baseball field depending on what you prefer to play. You can't go wrong with this place it's definitely in a possible deal to be with what is give it to you. I strongly encourage you to check it out the staff was awesome very friendly
