Amazing staff! They are very engaging with residents and value safety in the community, which is facilitated by their efforts to give residents opportunities to build community within the complex. Plus, the apartments themselves are clean with newer amenities. If there are any issues, maintenance is extremely fast to help fix the problem.

My husband and I have been living at Bees Ferry for about 6 years now and we are very happy here. The apartments are spacious and nice. The pool is awesome and we also love the gym and spin/yoga studio. Everyone in the office is super friendly and the manager, Drew, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with everything on the property. The maintenance staff is great as well. We rarely have maintenance issues but if something needs to be fixed they are quick and attentive. I saw a review on here recently about roaches and I can tell you that has never been an issue for us here. I'm a huge baby when it comes to bugs (especially roaches) and I would be out the door so fast if that was a problem....again we have lived here for 6 years so I am very surprised to have read that from someone else. We honestly never even request the exterminator because we have no need to. We have truly enjoyed our time here at Bees Ferry and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Charleston area. Bonus: we just got a taco and tequila bar within walking distance.
