There is not much to complain about. These are older apartments. It won't be too stylish, but the price may be appealing. Could use some work sealing doors and windows. However, I never had an issue keeping the spacious unit warm or cold while maintaining a fair electric bill (especially considering it is AES 🤯) but it would help dampen some of the external noises. Maintenance always acted quick to to the few work orders I placed. The ladies in the office were always helpful, and very kind. They'd saved me a couple times from a tow when my trucks plates expired, and had a flat tire. THEY called ME when security put the tag on. I was surprised, really not their respresponsibility, 100% mine and couldnt appreciate the staff enough for their consideration. I'd definitely recommend these apartments for anyone needing a low cost rental. Updated because I feel there are too many salty tenants leaving bad reviews making these apartments look worse than they are. Genuinely, if it fits your budget this is a great option.

Pickwick Farms is an absolute gem and the location is great! My kids and I moved in last year and we couldn't be happier. The move in process was especially smooth ( thanks to the property manager Marisela and her staff Frida). I love the gym facilities and my son loves the indoor basketball court. Crucially, every time I have put in a work order, maintenance has been on top of it 100% with the urgency it deserves. They also have a great online portal to put in work orders, make rent payments from the comfort of your home and win free money through community rewards. Oh, and during the summer time, the well manicured grounds come alive and the pristine swimming pool is ever so inviting after a busy day at work! The only thing I wish Pickwick had was washers and dryers in the apartments. Despite this minor inconvenience, I just love living here!
