Enjoy all the comforts of home in our retrofitted 1940's barn at Rend Lake ---- with access to a giant fire pit, a pool table, fishing pond, fish cleaning station and outdoor TV. High speed internet and Hulu TV are included. The cabin is 24ft wide by 30ft long with a loft upstairs for sleeping. It has a fully functional kitchen with refrigerator, hot plate, griddle, coffee maker, and extra-large tabletop oven and microwave. It has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The interior of the cabin looks just like it did when it was a barn in the 1940's, but we added a bathroom and separate shower closet so you won't have to use an outhouse. The furniture is large and comfortable and includes lounge chair and couch, dinning room set, and flat screen TV. There are 2 queen beds in the upstairs loft and there is another queen murphy bed downstairs in the main living area. The cabin has modern AC/Heat to make it comfortable, no matter what time of year. Drive through parking lot will accommodate vehicles of any size and we can always find a place for your boat if you bring one. IMPORTANT INFO: Unit is NOT Ada accessible. Unit is also not fit for small children. Single individuals or couples only. Roommates from Rend Lake College will be considered. No smoking in unit and No pets. Lease terms are flexible. Minimum 3 month lease. $1,400 a month for 6 months or less. $1,200 a month for any lease longer than 6 months. Please call for more information and thanks for your interest!!
