There is free street parking that is easy to find on the block but this is one of the very few locations in the city where a car is not required. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance and right on the bus line. Restaurants, bars, shoppes, salons, a movie theater and comedy club are all readily accessible at under a mile away. If you are in town to work at a hospital, the nearest bus stops have direct routes to both the downtown and St. Matthews hospital areas! The apartment is warm and welcoming with all new furniture, a Roku TV, a desk and a back deck. The washer and dryer is in the unit for easy access or there is a Laundromat just blocks away with delivery if you prefer.
