This is a very well-maintained and beautiful apartment, just the right size for one or two people. The location is amazing! It's right on Milledge and close to Five Points and right next to Intramurel Fields. There's a swimming pool that I use all time that's kept clean. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I've seen other reviews talking about a roach problem, but I've never experienced any, though I tend to keep my apartment clean, so maybe that has something to do with it :p

By far my favorite apartment experience in Athens. I found the staff to be attentive as well as accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with friendly people. My space was clean and the perfect size (plenty of cabinet and closet space!). I loved the location in the 5 points area. As a student, my commute to campus (using the university bus system) was short and easy.
