I moved here five months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I looked at every apartment complex in Athens, and I think I got the best bang for my buck here. My remodeled apartment is beautiful, and the complex is beautifully landscaped and extremely well kept. The management staff has truly gone the extra mile to make me feel welcome, and the maintenance staff has taken care of any minor problems I've had quickly. The residents are super-friendly, and it's great having a gym, beautiful pool and tennis courts on site. My balcony faces the woods, and almost every night I watch deer feed in the field below. I'm pleasantly surprised at how quiet this complex is. I highly recommend moving here.

Currently a resident and signing up for a second year. Love the quiet neighborhood and the grounds are well kept. The management staff is always friendly and do their best to assist with whatever you need. I have a peeling tub, but that is my ONLY complaint and if you have ever rented before this is really rare to not have things to complain about. The community is so friendly and everyone knows each other. Can't say enough about how much I love living here.
