I am a long term tenant of Georgia Green and am giving the maintenance staff and Kathy and Savanna a 5 star review because it is well deserved. The townhomes are well maintained, as well as the grounds being well kept. My experience with Kathy (Manager of the premises) is that she promptly responds to ALL maintenance requests. She assures that all issues will be handled and resolved immediately and she always kept me abreast as to the date and approximate time of the repair. Her communication with the tenants is excellent and well appreciated. Savanna(Assistant Property Manager) is pleasant, proficient, as well as knowledgeable. She immediately submitted all of my maintenance requests and has always effectively answered every question that I may have had regarding lease/rental renewal issues and so much more. Thanks to all of you. You make Georgia Green a pleasurable place to live.
