First and foremost, I would like to say that canalside is one of the best apartments in Augusta! I have a friend that lives there and I stay with her quite a lot and I can say that the staff there is AMAZING!!! They are so welcoming and kind. Mercedes the property manager makes me feel so welcomed! Lawrence, the maintenance man, as well! I love that they host many events so that their residents have the opportunity to meet and greet other residents. It’s always so clean on the inside and outside of the apartment building! If you are considering becoming a resident here, I suggest that you go for it!
