I have lived here for 3 1/2 years now after transitioning from and 3/2 home to a 2/2 apartment. The office staff is always friendly and the maintenance men are just as friendly if not more. They stay on top of the tasks and ensure that the problem is quickly fixed. Today, Luis Osorio came by to switch out the batteries on my door and he was so nice. He even updated the app for the lock.
