Briarwood Estates Only* Briarwood Estates comprises of 2 separate complexes: Country Club Estates located at 801, 901, and 1001 Pearl Avenue, and Briarwood Estates located at 901 Country Club Drive. Both complexes offer updated comfortable living with dishwashers, updated flooring and cabinetry, and individual balconies or decks. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the monthly rent. Property amenities include on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking, and garages available for an additional monthly fee of $40. Briarwood Estates is non-smoking and pet-friendly. There is a non-refundable per Pet Fee of $500 plus $50 monthly pet rent. Also required are proof of spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccinations.
