Plus, there's a big fenced in yard for you to enjoy with a backyard fire pit. I'm willing to give discounts for individuals who only need the room occasionally or a few nights a week or someone without a car. The monthly includes all utilities. As a young professional, I appreciate the sense of community that shared living offers – this house strikes a balance between personal space and social interactions. Our current tenants are responsible, easy-going, neat, and considerate, and we're looking for someone with similar qualities. If you're interested, please tell us more about yourself, including where you work and what your job title is there, your hobbies, and your past roommate experiences.
