Plus, there's a big fenced in yard for you to enjoy with a backyard fire pit. I'm willing to give discounts for individuals who only need the room occasionally or a few nights a week or someone without a car. The monthly includes all utilities. As a young professional, I appreciate the sense of community that shared living offers – this house strikes a balance between personal space and social interactions.
