Lived at Park Place for 2 years right after they were completed. We had 2 newborn babies and zero noise issues while there. I was afraid that the noise would travel from unit to unit but no such issues arose . Our neighbors would have parties and you could barely hear unless you crammed your ear against the wall. Good sense of privacy between units. Had a great experience at Park Place and the management was always great. Would live there again !

Lindsey gave us a great tour. She knew the place well and genuinely likes her job (which she does well), making for a pleasant experience. She was very professional and patient with our many questions. There was no pressure sale whatsoever. The units are very modern and clean, , and you get so much townhome for the price!!
