The Collection is a beautiful property! Nestled right in the highly desired Chastain Park area, it is truly a hidden treasure. It is set back off of Roswell Rd which really diminishes traffic noise. Being right behind The Gateway shopping center, it is easy to walk to Sprouts, multiple restaurants and even Starbucks! The apartments are beautiful with plenty of spacious floor-plans to choose from. They have the largest closets I have ever seen in an apartment community! All of the hallways are also temperature controlled, which i loved. Overall, the property is gorgeous and has a super friendly and helpful staff that really cares about the property and the residents. And with the newly instituted pet DNA program, residents really help keep the property clean by picking up after their pets! I spent almost three years at The Collection and hated to leave! The current property manager has been their for the last 2 and a half years at least and is really in tune with the community. If you get a chance, you really have to check this place out!

Just signed my lease at The Collection and I couldn’t be more excited! If you tour this property you will fall in love! I originally wanted to look at this property but there was nothing available for time frame, however the staff was so nice and Ellington, the leasing agent, emailed me a few days later when something popped up. Which I thought was amazing customer service! Well needless to say I came and toured that day and fell in love. The property is AMAZING and beautiful! Awesome location, with great walkabikity to stores and restaurants and short drive to everywhere else. Beautiful amenities and the apartments are just breathtaking and spacious, this is the best place I looked out and I toured about 10 properties. To set everything off the staff member I worked with, Ellington was fantastic, he was beyond helpful and really went out of his was way with my application and leasing process. The Collection is just top notch and I can’t wait to move in!

I’ve only been here for a few months, but so far I’m loving my apartment. It is a little pricey, however their rates are comparable to those of other luxury complexes. It’s very spacious and I love the high ceilings. Two things that made me choose this community was all the kitchen cabinet space (I cook A LOT) and the bathroom (stand alone shower/garden tub).The community is fairly quiet.Valet trash is a plus. The community is fairly clean, I’ve only seen trash (a chicken bone wrapped in a napkin) in the hallway once.Other than that, the carpet appears to be cleaned regularly. Parking deck is clean.My maintenance request was fulfilled in a timely manner. It can be hard getting a hold of the staff by phone, I’d suggest email if it’s not an emergency. I feel safe, however the gate has been broken a few times but I will say it has been fixed within a couple of days. I do appreciate that we have security riding around. Some of the neighbors drive a little too fast in the garage, but I think that’s all garages honestly.Overall, I like this community and would recommend to a friend.The apartments are gorgeous and convenient to the city. Plenty of food options nearby and shopping. The end lol

I must say it's been a pleasure to live here. I've stayed on the property since August of 2023. It's peaceful, the staff are friendly, & any requests are handled in a timely manner (usually the same day). I rarely give reviews but Shianti, Marriah, and Audra have made this a great experience!! I look forward to renewing my lease!

I have lived here for a little over 8 months now and I have no complaints about The Collection. I have lived in many apartments over the years, and this one is my favorite by far. My neighbors are quiet (which is very important to me), the amenities are nice and well kept, I use the gym regularly. The apartment itself is very modern and clean. I have had no maintenance issues since living here either which is a big plus and rare. The front office staff is always helpful and kind, I honestly have no complaints and would recommend living here. So far so good!
