I lived at Hightree for a year (Summer 2012-Summer 2013), and I loved it! The landlords are great, and very friendly. They always understood if I couldn't quite pay my rent on time. I wish I would have lived here longer!

Sutter's Mill Townhomes are the hidden gem of Allendale. I started living here in 2013 and have loved it ever since. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and good quality. The apartment complex is small and has a pretty creek that runs near by. It is a lot quieter than other large apartment complexes in Allendale which makes it a nice environment to come home to!
